Move One Million (M1M) is a non-profit organization offering a free service aimed at promoting movement and unity among individuals.

At the beginning of each hour daily, Move One Million broadcasts the official 2.5 minute M1M Routine, led by Chris Powell and guest speakers from across the globe. This is followed by a short mindfulness exercise, resulting in a broadcast of less than 5 minutes that is sure to leave participants feeling rejuvenated, energized, and optimistic.

MISSION
The primary goal of Move One Million is to normalize physical activity and mindfulness practices within our society, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to engage in daily movement, reduce stress levels, and foster a sense of connection with others for enhanced physical, mental, and social well-being.

LEARN THE ROUTINE
Access the official M1M tutorial on the app to familiarize yourself with the routine. Take your time to learn it gradually, as with practice comes proficiency.

MOVE WITH US DAILY
Tune in to the M1M broadcast at the start of every hour, every day. Participation in the routine enables you to build a streak, advance your rank, and contribute to the collective effort of people moving together.

PARTICIPATE IN THE BROADCASTS
Engage actively by turning on your camera to follow along with Chris and the daily guests, or submit a video for an opportunity to be featured in the global M1M broadcast.

INVITE FRIENDS
Encourage friends, family, and acquaintances who would benefit from daily movement to join us. You can also register to extend Move One Million's reach to your local community.

Sign up to receive the daily broadcast in advance to organize sessions within your community.

THE MOVEMENTS
The M1M routine targets all major muscle groups using a comprehensive top-down strategy. Delicately choreographed with music, these movements recount the narrative of the Hero’s Journey.
